I have decided to “try” and “Spotlight” at least one or two local small businesses a month. The  spotlight this week is on “Talented Hand” which actually started this year in May. It is owned and operated by Mrs. Ar’Qua Pickett. “Talented Hand” offers a gift baskets for any occasions & tries to put an extra touch on a special day for the guest of honor or just to say I was thinking about you.
